It takes money to run a college, so tuition is a fact of life. When you attend classes at the HEC, you must pay applicable tuition and fees related to the institution where you're enrolled (RCC, SOU, or both). Fees are determined by your residency in the State of Oregon and the number of credit hours taken.
RCC Tuition is based on residency and number of credit hours. Tuition rates, fees, and refunds are subject to change.
Note: Tuition for auditing a course is the same as normal tuition.
