Bridge Program

The Bridge Program pairs students with local executives in professional mentorships. Through these relationships, students learn about modern business and have the opportunity to secure internships and possibly, permanent employment. This mentoring program is a great way to ease the transition from college to a professional career.

Executive Lecture Series

The Executive Lecture Series brings leaders from across the country to present on various topics. It offers opportunities for community leaders, faculty and students to network and collaborate.

Business Communication Institute (BCI)

The HEC Business Center houses the Business Communication Institute (BCI). BCI offers business communication courses for students and members of the local workforce. These courses are market-driven, practical short courses in communication and other disciplines that help individuals sharpen their business and communication skills. Additionally, the BCI creates summer internship opportunities for SOU and RCC faculty.
