The major programs at the HEC are referred to as "Degree Completion
Programs" because they are designed for people who:
All SOU degree completion classes are offered in the evening, on weekends, and online through HEC to accommodate the busy, working professional. You are not tied to a cohort (fixed group that starts together at a particular time and takes all the same classes together) and you can take as few or as many classes as you like. Enter at any term and design a plan that best fits your needs.

As SOU likes to say, "Your minor is a major deal!" A minor is a great way to broaden your knowledge and make you more marketable to future employers. You can even apply some of the coursework you complete in your minor to the completion of certain professional certificates, prerequisites for other coursework, and general education requirements.
