HEC financial aid assistance includes scholarships, loans, grants, and work-study if you qualify. Individual programs have their own requirements to qualify--if you don't qualify for one program, you may still qualify for another.You must apply each year.
When you attend HEC, you can concurrently enroll at both RCC and SOU, and then combine your credit loads to establish financial aid eligibility. Your financial aid eligibility is processed by the college where you're officially admitted (your "home institution") and where you maintain at least half of your term-by-term credits.
